Café & Wholesale Partner Terms
These terms apply to approved café, specialty-retail, and wholesale partners. They supplement the retail Terms & Conditions and control when they differ.
Requests, confirmation, and payment
A partner cart is an order request, not an accepted order or charge. Juniper Farms reviews availability, approved substitutions, shipping, resale documentation, and applicable tax treatment before confirming the order and publishing a Square invoice. The confirmed invoice controls if it differs from the original request. Opening orders are prepaid. Net 30 may be offered only by written approval. Partner reorders begin at $100 before shipping; Base Camp is the one-time $95 café-opening collection.
Shipping and fulfillment
Partner orders pay the shipping shown on the confirmed invoice. Standard production lead time is 5–10 business days after payment unless the confirmed invoice states otherwise, followed by carrier transit time. Orders are not fulfilled before Square confirms payment, except for an approved written Net 30 arrangement.
Claims and returns
Food-product partner sales are final. Damage or incorrect-item claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery with order details and photos. Returns are not accepted without prior written approval.
Products, substitutions, and branding
Prebuilt café opening collections use the stated blend assortment unless an approved substitution appears on the confirmed invoice. Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, blended with other products, or sold under another brand without prior written permission. Café beverage service is allowed. Juniper Farms materials, recipes, Field Notes, names, and marks may not be altered or reused outside the approved partnership.
Partner access and resources
Approved partners receive private access only for their own business. Credentials may not be shared, transferred, or posted. Qualifying recipe and support resources unlock after Square confirms the applicable purchase as paid, and access may end when the partnership or account ends. Downloading or viewing a resource does not transfer ownership or create a broader license.
