Shipping Policy
Juniper Farms typically prepares retail orders within 2–3 business days. Carrier transit time begins after the order leaves us and depends on the destination and carrier conditions.
Rates and free shipping
Shippo provides a live USPS Ground Advantage rate calculated from the destination and the finished Pack entered at checkout. The rate shown and approved before payment is the customer’s shipping charge. Retail orders totaling $50 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping unless an order-specific offer states otherwise.
Addresses, delays, and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and events outside our control may affect delivery. If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact juniper.farms.25@gmail.com with the order information.
