These terms explain the conditions that apply to purchases made through the Juniper Farms retail store.
Products, orders, and payment
Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, promotions, and availability may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and recorded finished-goods availability. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order when necessary. Square securely processes payment; Juniper Farms does not store complete payment-card numbers. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
Juniper Farms typically prepares retail orders within 2–3 business days. Shippo provides live USPS Ground Advantage rates from the shipping address and finished Pack; carrier transit time begins after the order leaves us. Retail orders totaling $50 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping when the offer is active.
Returns and damaged orders
We accept unopened, unused retail tea returns by mail within 30 days of delivery. Contact juniper.farms.25@gmail.com before sending anything back. After an approved return is received and reviewed, we process an eligible refund to the original payment method within 5 days. Original shipping is generally nonrefundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise our error. We do not charge a restocking fee or accept exchanges. Contact us promptly about damaged or incorrect orders with photos and order details.
Privacy
We collect information needed to fulfill orders, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and improve the store. We do not sell personal information. Payment and shipping providers may receive information needed to complete an order. Questions about information we control may be sent to juniper.farms.25@gmail.com.
Food products
Juniper Farms teas and botanicals are food products. Review ingredients before use and contact a qualified professional about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or other health concerns.
Submitted content and brand marks
By submitting a photo, caption, review, story, tag, or other content, you confirm that you created it or may share it. You keep your existing ownership rights, but grant Juniper Farms LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, crop, publish, display, repost, and use the content in Juniper Farms web, social, email, retail, partner, advertising, packaging, and other brand communications, with or without credit. We may decline, remove, edit, or stop using submitted content at any time.
Juniper Farms™, the Juniper Farms logo, and Find it in Nature™ are brand marks of Juniper Farms LLC. No name, logo, product name, photograph, recipe, Field Note, or other brand material may be copied, altered, registered, or used to imply sponsorship or affiliation without written permission or an approved partner-program license.
