Before the plow and before the roads, fire moved through the prairie. It cleared old growth, returned nutrients to the soil and helped shape one of North America’s most distinctive ecosystems.
Prairie Haze takes its cue from that landscape: smoke in the air, dark earth underfoot and the first green returning after the burn.
Tasting profile: rich, smoky and deeply layered, with hardwood smoke, roasted depth and a clean, lingering finish.
Ingredients: Lapsang Souchong, roasted cassina, roasted cacao nibs, roasted chicory root, juniper berries and birch bark.
Naturally caffeinated.
Brewing: Use 1 generous tablespoon per 12–16 oz hot water. Steep to taste, strain, and add a little milk only if you want a softer smoke.
No added flavors, just whole ingredients.
